How to make it.
Preheat the oven (electric 175°C, hot air 160°C).
Mix the eggs with the butter. Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix until well blended and spoon into a greased or baking paper-lined cake tin.
Place the tin in the middle of the oven for 60-70 minutes. In between, check the cake with a skewer. If any batter remains sticking to it, let it bake a little longer! If the skewer comes out clean, the cake is ready!
Tip
Still have an apple in the house? Cut it into thin slices and put it on the cake as a garnish. It’s the finishing touch!

Vegan variation tip
Prefer vegan? Egg! Replace the butter for an equal amount of margarine and the eggs for a porridge of chia seeds. 1 tablespoon of chia soaked in 3 tablespoons of water is equivalent to 1 egg.
